Workshop Curriculum Alignment
(Universitas Pelita Harapan – Surabaya)

The Curriculum Alignment Workshop, conducted on 14 March 2025, equipped lecturers with the necessary skills to design well-structured learning outcomes that are aligned with UPH graduate profiles, government competency standards, and reflect the Christian worldview perspective, which is a hallmark of UPH’s holistic curriculum. Additionally, lecturers were introduced to a variety of active learning strategies and assessment methods, which serve as effective tools for achieving and measuring these learning outcomes. These strategies foster student engagement, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, creating a dynamic and interactive learning environment.

Through hands-on application, lecturers integrate these methods into the new Rencana Pembelajaran Semester (RPS) template, ensuring that course planning is both structured and adaptable to diverse learning needs.

This comprehensive approach empowers educators to design meaningful learning experiences that prepare students for academic success and future professional challenges, all while adhering to UPH’s educational philosophy.

  • Utilizing the updated RPS template to assist lecturers in designing RPS that adhere to the principles of Project-Based Learning (PjBL) and Case-Based Learning (CBL), while integrating research and community service (PKM) into teaching.
